Solid Shampoo Bars
I still don't know, why shampoo is always a liquid. Most of them are over 95% water and so need all kinds of preservatives, thickeners and foam boosters to keep them presentable and fresh, just look at the long list of ingredients, and you will see what I mean. Plus there's all that plastic packaging to dispose of afterwards. And the benefit, that it is great for travelling, no more spilled liquids in bags or suitcases.
My Shampoo bars are full of Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil, Castor Oil with additional Cacoa Butter and Jojobo Oil , which protect and nourish your hair and scalp. The use of herbal teas or Goats Milk will also further enrich the shampoo bar. I then add various essential oils specially chosen for various hairtypes, so there should be something suitable for everyone.
Wet your hair as usually, rub the bar lightly in circles over the hair to work up a creamy lather and massage this lather into your hair and scalp. Rise well.
If you remember to keep the bar dry between uses, it will last for ages - it will last much longer than a bottle of shampoo.
