Purchasing from us
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order.
In addition to the price of the goods, a shipping charge may be payable by you. The relevant shipping charge will be as shown on your order when you place the order. Details of our shipping charges are set out in the section of our web site entitled Shipping.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have both accepted your order and that it has been dispatched. No contract will exist until we have dispatched the goods. Any goods on the same order which we have not confirmed to you that they have been dispatched will not form part of that contract.
You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days and you have the right to return items which arrive damaged as described in our Returns Policy.
We aim to deliver all goods to you within 7 days following the date we confirm your order but we cannot give an exact delivery date.
If any products are not in stock or, for any other reason, it or they cannot be delivered to you within 28 days of the date of your order, we will contact you giving you details of the likely delivery date, you may have the right to cancel your order at that time as described in our Returns Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
